I'm considering getting an HP server and wanted to know more about HP's server support services (and I have a very limited IT background), particularly for hardware/parts replacement.  Are people generally happy with the support that they get from HP?  Is there any difference or advantage with using a third party maintenance provider?  If so, any recommendations on good ones?
