DESCRIPTION
An HP ProLiant server configured with a Smart Array P800 Controller running firmware version 6.86 and connected to an HP StorageWorks 50 Modular Smart Array (MSA50) Enclosure, may display the following Power-On Self-Test (POST) message:
1777-Slot 3 Drive Array - Storage Enclosure Problem Detected Port 1E: Box 1: Enclosure Processor Not Detected or Responding. Turn system and storage enclosure power OFF and turn them back ON to retry. If this error persists, upgrade the enclosure firmware or replace the I/O module.
